Amber Schneider
MSc (Petroleum Geoscience), BSc (Hons, Geology, Geophysics and Environmental Geoscience) – Director
Ms Schneider is a geologist with 20 years of experience in the Australian resources sector, with significant experience in sedimentary Uranium systems, mineral exploration, as well as the oil and gas industry in Eastern Australia.
Prior to joining Paralana, Ms Schneider founded Big Lake Uranium and Black Lake Uranium, focussed on frontier exploration in South Australia. Both companies were subsequently acquired in 2021 and 2022.
Ms Schneider’s previous employers include Cooper Energy, Santos, Schlumberger, Heathgate Resources, Toro Energy and Uranium one.
Ms Schneider is a co-founder of Paralana and was appointed as Director in December 2024.
Leigh Gapp

Mr Gapp is a senior professional with extensive experience developing and implementing strategy, building relationships and influencing stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Mr Gapp is a well credentialed environmental scientist with more than 20 years of experience in private practice and consulting, across various sectors including mining, aviation, oil and gas, civil engineering, amongst others.
Prior to joining Paralana, Mr Gapp successfully founded Tarambo Pty Ltd, a sustainability consulting firm, where he remains a Director. Previous employers include Santos, Adelaide Airport and GHD.
Mr Gapp is a co-founder of Paralana and was appointed as Director in December 2024.
Morgan Wright
BBus, Dip Geo – Director
Mr Wright is a resources sector professional with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning technical, commercial, sustainability, and investor relations roles.
As a geoscientist, Mr. Wright began his career conducting geophysical surveys in mining exploration across Australia and New Zealand. This hands-on experience provided a deep understanding of mineral systems, resource evaluation, and the operational challenges of exploration in remote areas.
Mr Wright is a Director of Tarambo Pty Ltd, a sustainability consulting firm, having been appointed in January 2024. Previous employers include Santos, Woodside, Beach Energy and Cooper Energy.
Mr Wright is a co-founder of Paralana and was appointed as Director in December 2024.
